3 teaspoon Cumin Powder
3 teaspoon dried Oregano
1½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
¾ teaspoon Paprika
2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Coriander seed Powder
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
½ teaspoon ground black Pepper
Mix all the herbs and spice together and store in an airtight glass jar for 3-4 months.
I would rate this mild to medium spicy, if you prefer more or less of a kick, adjust the quantity of paprika.
Yields about 16 teaspoons of Taco Spice mix
