Community Wellness
Community Wellness events are custom tailored programs for a range of organizations, from small boutique companies, non-profits, to large multi-nationals.
These programs are built to inspire, educate, and empower community members to improve health and lifestyle behaviors.
My goal is to add a wellness component to every community and to inspire healthier living, focusing of better nutrition, improving daily stress management practices, and creating resilience.
“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
― Jim Rohn
Why should you care to bring wellness component to your organization?
The people you spend the most time with shape who you are. They affect to which attitudes and behaviors you are regularly exposed. If you hang out with those who are committed to optimizing their health, their attitude will spill over and have a positive impact in your life.
I offer “lunch and learn” wellness seminars as well as hands-on cooking workshops, to positively influence whole person well-being. The topics include nutrition, food as medicine, basic neuroscience and techniques for stress management.

I’ve never felt that before…it was awesome. ” “The event was great! I’ve never done a vision board before and always wanted too, the energy in the room was really fun, thank you ladies for bringing everyone together to create our visions.”

“Just had to share that I had a fantastic time tonight at the Salad in a Jar class. It was extremely informational, and I learned many things that I can apply to my current eating habits that will improve your health. I must admit, I was tired after a long day, but I am so glad I still attended. Ruchika was a great presenter and chef. I give the course a 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!”
