Fig Delight

fig delightDo you like figs? I love figs fresh figs. Sadly they are in for a very short season!

While they are in season I try and make the most of it, in my salad, smoothie or just by itself as a fruit..

Figs are rich in dietary fiber (help in managing weight) and good source of potassium a mineral which helps to control blood pressure. Read more here. If you have not already try a fig today!

FIG DELIGHT

1 cup water kefir*

½ cup soaked chia

4-5 figs

Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy the Fig Delight! Could it be any easier!!
