1.      What is health coaching?

 2.      What is a health coach?

A Health Coach is a wellness authority and supportive mentor. They have a broad understanding of the principals of good nutrition and develop tools to apply them to daily life. Health Coaches are trained to support clients with their health goals, overcome challenges and empower them to make sustainable food and lifestyle changes. A health coach is a guide by your side. Mentors to support you live a healthier happier version of your life.

 3.      When I engage with a health coach, will I need to break-up with my two best friends –Goggle and Wikipedia?

No. The health Coach will support you implement the pertinent information suggested by your best friends. And guide you to turn your goals into a reality.

 4.      Will I have to change my diet or lifestyle over night?

No. The amount of change and the pace of change will be guided by what you are comfortable with. A slow change that becomes a sustainable habit is recommended.

 5.      Is Nourish your Life a vegetarian/vegan/raw/paleo approach to nutrition?

No. We offer a truly holistic approach; not just eating according to the most popular food theory, but observing each person’s life as a whole.  This unique approach to nutrition is called bio-individuality, which means we recognize that no one diet works for everyone. We create a personalized map that is appropriate for the individual depending on their age, health, and activity level, where they live, personal tastes and preferences.

 6.      Do you prescribe a diet?

Nourish your life is not about a diet based on restricted calories or deprivation.it is about a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is about adding nourishment to everything an individual eats. In fact it is about adding nourishment to everything in our life- food, relationships, career, thoughts, spirituality, finances etc.

 7.      How can I work with you when I am not in the same geographical location as your practice?

 Anything in-between the invention of Alexander Graham Bell and the the modern day Voice over IP technology work well to bridge the geographical distance.

Skype and Phone calls are our preferred choice.

 8.      Would you offer support around cooking and shopping?

Yes. Throughout the coaching program a considerable support is provided in form of recipes, cooking videos, shopping guides, information on reading and understanding food labels. Guidance is also designed to demystify setting up your kitchen, buying the best tools, materials, and the highest quality foods. There’s something for everyone – from the beginner to the advanced cook.

 9.      Are the recipes and guidance you offer Kid-Friendly?

YES absolutely! It is our goal to try and instill healthy tastes and habits young and create healthful habits for a life time.

 10.    Do you offer any group programs?

Yes, we offer group programs from time to time. Here is the schedule for the upcoming programs. The group program are shorter in duration and designed to address a particular topic- like Understanding and getting over the sugar cravings, guided detox, understanding food labels & clean eating etc. If you have a particular concern that could be dealt with in a group setting, please let us know.

 12.    How can I pay for the service?

The first consultation is complimentary. Thereafter we accept payments via cash, and PayPal.
