Ginger Sesame Dressing …. “My Version”

When I lived overseas (meaning not in the United States), I would beg my friends and family to ship me bottles of Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing with “hard-to-pronounce”, “not- sure-if- it-is-food” ingredients like these.

When I look back, I wonder why was it not sooner that I put together a cleaner version of one of my favorite dressings.

With “almost -always –in-the-pantry” kind of ingredients, this dressing can be in whisked in no time and is always a crowd pleaser.
