brownie batter oatmeal

Let me tell you-I do! I normally would not have given it a thought, but I was a nutrition workshop for kids and the instructor asked “what did you eat for breakfast?” and my daughter proudly announced “I had brownie batter this morning”.
And suddenly all eyes turned towards me and I could see only one questions in those eyes
“A health coach’s daughter and BROWNIE BATTER FOR BREAKFAST?”
I really did not get a chance to explain there as I had promised my kids I would stay on the side… but please let me tell you what I feed my kids and I can say with certainty you would too if you tried this nutrient loaded recipe.
The truth Is one person’s foods is another person’s poison-so this might or might not work for you. Try this 7 day breakfast experiment and find out what is the right morning fuel for you and your family. I would love to hear your discoveries.
